Residents and visitors of South Kingstown are in for a treat today with an array of local events set against a backdrop of delightful weather.

The day can commence with a sumptuous serving of waffles at the renowned Green Line Apothecary. Following this, the Fall Fest at Clark Farms awaits, providing an immersion into the season's festivities. Bibliophiles might find joy in a visit to Wakefield Books, with the opportunity to encounter Joe Furfaro.

As noon approaches, the Wakefield Oktoberfest offers a selection of delectable dishes to sate one's hunger. Main Street, the town's vibrant hub, boasts an assortment of local shops, including Rebekah Cook Art (where you can Paint Your Own Pottery) and Rarities Books, not to forget the special HOWLoween event at SOS Retail.

As the day wanes, the shores of Matunuck Town Beach beckon, where the Harvest Moon Bonfire promises a serene evening.
